“Officers don’t reject your trip. They reject the doubt that you’ll come back.”
— Senior Visa Officer (former)
Visit-visa refusals almost always cite “insufficient ties to home country” or “purpose of visit not established.” Both can be addressed in the application narrative — most self-filed cases never try.
We build the file around the officer’s eight-second scan: clear purpose, financially supported, time-bound, with proven ties at home.
A one-page cover letter that establishes purpose, dates, and host — referenced in every supporting document.
Employment, property, dependents, and ongoing obligations documented in officer-readable format.
Bank statements, tax returns, and salary certificates that match the trip’s declared cost.
Confirmed bookings, host invitation letters, and address proofs for every leg of the trip.
“Half of our refusal-recovery wins are won by replacing one document. The other half by reframing the same documents.”
— Refusal Recovery Specialist
Documents accepted for one country are rejected for another. Bank statement formats, employer letter wording, and invitation-letter affidavits all vary by visa office.
We tailor each document to the specific visa office’s checklist — not a generic template. Notarization, attestation, and translation are sequenced into the case calendar.
Forms 5257, 5645 (Canada), DS-160 (US), VAF (UK), C visa (Schengen) drafted by hand for each.
NAATI, ATIO, NTBC — right level for the destination, no over-spending on unnecessary attestations.
Fastest available appointment slot at the right Visa Application Centre, including walk-in alternatives.
Host sponsorship file pre-checked so it matches the applicant’s declared purpose to the letter.
“A visa refusal is not the end. It’s a 30-day window to read the officer’s reasoning and re-file the file that should have gone in the first time.”
— Refusal Recovery Lead, in association with RCIC
Self-filed refusals are usually re-filed with the same documents and the same gaps — and refused again. Subsequent refusals get harder to overturn at every level.
We obtain the GCMS notes, identify the officer’s specific concern, and rebuild the file around that concern. Most files we re-file are approved on the next round.
Officer notes obtained so we know exactly what was doubted, and why.
Written analysis of every refusal ground, with our recommended fix.
New application addressing each prior concern with named documents.
Where re-filing isn’t available, we file procedural-fairness or judicial review submissions.

Standard processing is 30–80 days depending on the visa office. Some offices clear straightforward files in under three weeks. Refusal-recovery files take longer because supporting documentation is rebuilt before re-submission.
Yes. Super Visa is a multi-entry visitor visa specific to parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or PRs. It requires a host LICO commitment, valid medical insurance, and a medical exam. We file fresh Super Visa applications and Super Visa refusal-recoveries.
GCMS is the case-management system Canadian visa officers record their reasoning in. After a refusal, we obtain the GCMS notes via Access to Information — they tell us exactly which document or fact the officer doubted. That’s how refusal-recoveries succeed.
