We don’t sell franchises. We vet them: FDD review, unit-level P&L verification, royalty-flow check, and visa-class alignment so the deal works on both fronts.
Match investor nationality, capital, and goals to a visa class. Then build the franchise shortlist that fits.
Franchise Disclosure Document analysed; franchisor financials audited; 5 existing franchisees interviewed.
Royalty terms, territory rights, exit clauses, dispute mechanisms reviewed by counsel.
Investor visa filed in parallel with franchise opening. Source-of-funds dossier and business plan presented together.
Eight questions covering capital, target country, sector, and immigration linkage. We match profiles to vetted franchise opportunities aligned with E-2 / SUV / Investor pathways where applicable.

No. Franchises that meet "substantial" investment, are real and active, and require day-to-day management generally qualify. Franchises that are absentee-operator models often don’t. We screen up front.
Visa-floor: $150K+ for E-2 (typical service business). Franchise-floor: varies widely — from $50K (cleaning, mobile services) to $1M+ (food, retail, hospitality). We match capital to both fronts.
Multi-unit deals are common and often strengthen the visa case (more jobs, larger investment). We negotiate territory rights and unit timing for both visa and economic returns.
Visa renewals depend on the business operating, not on profitability. We model worst-case scenarios before recommending any investment.
